Refund Policy

A full reading is digital content that we create for you and deliver immediately. Before you pay, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Because each reading is personal and delivered at once, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

We will always put things right when something goes wrong on our side.

When you get a full refund

• Your full reading could not be created.
• Your full reading did not open, or stopped before it was complete, and we could not fix this within 48 hours of your report.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• A technical fault left your reading unreadable or missing sections.

When a reading fails to generate, we try to issue the refund automatically. You do not need to contact us.

What is not refundable

• Changing your mind after the reading has been delivered.
• Preferring a different interpretation or a different name. Readings are subjective, and the free reading lets you see our approach before you buy.
• Entering incorrect birth details. If this happens, contact us and we will do our best to help.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Please include:

• your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt;
• a short description of the problem.

We reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued by our reseller, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.

This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
